Lohrville—Jeremy Dylan Caldeira, 36, died Wednesday, December 6, 2017 from injuries sustained in a motor vehicle accident. A Celebration of Life gathering was held on Thursday, December 14th at the Dodge City Tap on Central Avenue in Fort Dodge. Funeral services were held on Saturday, December 16th at Woodlawn Christian Church in Lake City with burial in Cottonwood Cemetery, Lake City.
Jeremy Dylan Caldeira was born on January 8, 1981 in Sacramento, California to Donna Caldeira and Jason Mann. On July 4, 2007 he married Jennifer Smith in West Bend, Iowa. He owned and operated the Wild At Heart Tattoo Shop in Ft. Dodge, Iowa as a tattoo artist where he excelled at his artwork. Jeremy has left his work on so many people with his art and his love.
Jeremy is survived by his mother Donna of Lohrville; fiancé Justina Sheehan of Fort Dodge; father Jason Mann of Colorado; daughters Nevaeh, Gianna, and Kylanna Caldeira; and many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
